Where can I get info on these? I keep reading about them but can't find the info on DisneyWorld.com

It looks like you are going in late June. My advice is to make a decision and book your meals ASAP. Late June is VERY busy at WDW and the restaurants, particularly the Character meals, will be booked solid when you arrive.
