We would like to plan one character meal with our family for our upcoming trip to DLR. We visited Goofy's Kitchen last time we were there and really liked it but my princess-loving 7yo daughter really wants to go to Ariel's Grotto this time. My problem came when I looked at the menu.

My oldest is 11 years old and thus not officially a "child". However he won't eat anything on the adult menu and would not eat enough to even finish a kids meal probably (he's a small eater). Do we HAVE to pay adult price and get him the adult meal or can we opt for the childs portion and pay the childs price? Or do you have another solution to this issue? I'd love to hear.

Thanks.

Not suggesting that you out right LIE, but I can't think of why it would be an issue if you just ordered something off the kid's menu for your DS. I don't eat much either and asked about getting something from the kids menu once and was told that that would be fine, but I would still need to pay the adult's price. :(

The other option is the new breakfast at Ariel's, there is another post with pic's of the food, it is served family style, looks like something for everyone.
