Character dining recs/reviews?

Has anyone done any of the us/iow character meals?

My 8yo says she doesn't want to have breakfast with the Grinch.

So I'm wondering about Scooby -- does he have a character meal?

Scooby has a meal at all 3 resorts unless its changed. We always go to Islands at RPR when they are there, it was a Monday evening, but if you phone they will confirm, and we have never made a reservation at Islands , and this is always July when we are there, we just turn up and its never crowded, and the food is excellent, they also have a kids buffett at it and an arera where they can sit
