Character dining help

I was in WDW in late July of last year and i hardly saw any characters! I was so dissapointed. My family and I are going back mid May of this year and I already have ADR's for Chef Mickey's breakfast for our first morning at WDW. I am hoping to see some good characters, but does anyone have other character dining ideas where I can see a variety of charaters. Thanks so much !

Crystal Palace has Pooh and Friends
A lot of the others have Mickey and friends and others.

1900 Park Fare breakfast has a good variety. They vary, but can be Alice, Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, Pooh, Eeyore, Aladdin, Goofy...that's all I can think of that I have seen mentioned.

1. Chef Mickeys.
Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Chip N dale, Minnie, Pluto.
2. Crystal Palace
Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet.
3. 1900 Park Faire Dinner
Cinderella and other characters from the movie
or
1900 Park Faire Breakfast
Mary Poppins and characters from Alice in Wonderland.
or
CRT breakfast or lunch
Cinderella and other princesses from other movies.
or
Princess Storybook B, L, D at Akershus

First off, let me sat that IMHO May is the best month to go. Great weather and not too crowded. That being said, I love the following rest:

Crystal Palace
1900 Park Fare
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
CRT (MK)
Princess Storybook Breakfast (Epcot)
Restaurantasaurus (AK)
Cape May
Ohana
Chef Mickeys

My kids love all of these. Even my DS5 loves meeting the princesses. All of them have characters. Enjoy.
