This line confuses me: "Your Premium Character Dining tickets include all food and beverage, excluding alcohol, and your tax and gratuity!" Does this mean that tax and gratuity are INCLUDED or EXCLUDED? If it was included, I feel that "excluding alcohol" should have been listed last.

To me it sounds like tax and gratuity are included. The commas around "excluding alcohol" make it sound like it's the aside (parenthesis would have worked too). They probably wanted the "excluded alcohol" immediately after "beverages" so that folks knew that alcohol was not an included beverage.

I ordered mine through there and the print out that comes when you actually get them in the mail (at least with mine) worded it clearly to show that it does in fact include tax and gratuity. Also I have seen it posted on this site many times that it does include it
