Sometimes she is at Akershus, usually more for breakfast. There are however no guarantees as to who is at each meal. She can also be found in the China pavillion.

We saw her twice during our trip in January. Once at Akershus for breakfast and again in the China Pavillion. I kinda think she's usually there for breakfast (Akershus), but you might be able to call and check close to your date, however Akershus does require that you give a credit card number in case you cancel at a certain point prior to your ADR. It's one of very few places that require this because it is so popular.
