We will only be spending one day at Universal, but my dd loves all the characters there.:):sad2:
I see they have a restaurant, Conifus?...that has character dining, but the site really doesn't give much info.

Has anyone eaten there before, how expensive is it? What characters might we expect to be there. What is the menu like?

The character meal is only breakfast and is on Thursdays and Sundays. It is standard breakfast fare---you wouldn't be going for the food. Spiderman seems to be the most popular character and the Grinch around Christmas. I think it is around $18 for adults and $12 for children.

when we went in March it was spiderman, cat in the hat, and Thing 1 & 2. Food was ok - regular breakfast buffet food (how can you screw that up really?)

The character breakfast is held at Confisco Grille in Port of Entry at IOA. ;)

I think the main thing you'll notice is the character interaction is a lot better than at a Disney character dining experience. Your daughter will love meeting the characters and spending time with them.

the characters are what Lamb stated.

don't tell thing 1 or 2 not to do something cause if you do, they will.

ie: please put the salt shaker on the table and be careful not to dump it.

if you say something like that, you might have a handfull of salt......

they are imps and love to get into trouble....
they will do opposite of what you request.

it is quite a good show for you.

i was impressed with the food there last october.
it was kept hot and refilled constantly.

and i had the last seating of the morning there.
