Character Dining at the Settlement Pavilion?

I am reading the Official Guide (WDW 2008, page 420) and it has the Settlement Pavilion at FW listed as an option for a character meal for dinner. I cannot find any other information in the book on this (i.e. which characters, food served, etc).

Is this an error in the book? We have done the Hoop Dee Doo Revue and Mickey's BBQ but were not aware of this character meal on our last trip.
If it IS real does anyone have any information?

My guess is that is where the BBQ is held, that area of the campground is called Settlement(the bus depot and Trading Post).

That's what my husband wondered as well -- but the table also lists the Mickey's BBQ as a separate entity.
