Are the same thing?

If not, where is each location? What is it next to? Are they both in Innovention West?
What are the hours?

Also for the Free 5x7, how soon can I get the photo and where? Plan to leave Epcot and go to MK. Can I get there?

I don't know what the Character Connection is, but the Disney Visa picture is ready shortly after. You can pick it up near the front of EPCOT on your way out of the park!

Not the same thing. CC replaced the characters on the holiday bus.

Character Connection is in the building behind the Coke Station. There is a main room with the standard characters: Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale, Goofy, Pluto, etc. There is a hallway at the entrance closer to the Land but still inside the "innoventions hallway" (ask a CM). This hallway had a variety of characters when we were there in January. Lots of character interaction time. It was great.

As for the picture, you pick it up at the Kodak place right under Spaceship Earth. We got ours a day or two later. They said this was ok. It was a great picture, definitely worth the time to do it and it was FREE

When you go into the door of Innoventions West, the door from the fountain side, there's a firetruck to your right. Follow around to the back of it and you'll see a curtain on your right. Disney Visa Meet and Greet is in there. Beware, they do try to sell you a package. I had to say that all I wanted was the one free picture.
