Character Connection at Innoventions West at EPCOT

I saw this on another post, but there wasn't any info about it. What is it?

It's the area where characters do a storytelling sesion. I believe it is part of a special package. Last week when I was at EPCOT, I also saw Snow White, Princess Aurora, and Mulan doing meet and greets there. The CMs said that a few characters sometimes appear there between 2 and 4 in the afternoon.
