Character calls?

I want to arrange a character call for our upcoming holiday to surprise my boys but I cant find out where to arrange it from. I tried through Disneys website and it just keeps telling me I've already used a call, which I definately haven't. Does anyone know where I can arrange it through?

I had the exact same problem, and with all of the other planning and stuff, it slipped my mind until we got there and was too late.

This is the site I have used before. Use the "Good Morning" selection, select your character then on the next page you can select the option under special plans for the day that fits best. It's $2.49. I have used this before for my DD and the reaction is priceless. Hope this helps.
