Character Breakfasts

I am confused by the character breakfasts at Universal.

Are there character breakfasts in both parks and are they different characters?

Also, people talk about booking a spiderman breakfast but I can not actually find anything about spiderman on the universal site.

the spiderman breakfast is located at IOA
the simpson breakfast is located at the studios. this one just opened and is a new addition to the park.

We were just there and did the character breakfast. We did the one at IOA at Confisco. The characters were Thing 1, Thing 2, Cat and Spiderman. We had a great time and DS8 loved talking to Spidey!
