Can we attend more than one character breakfast or is there only 1 scheduled per rotation?

only 1 per cruise-you get your assignment when you board.

There's only one but oh, so many character greeting opportunities onboard! You can get a schedule of appearnaces from Guest Services when you board or just check out the board in the Atrium.
