We have PS for CRT and this is on a regular opening day. So the park is to open at 9:00 am. I know that Disney has character Breakfast buses . How early do they strat running. Our PS is at 8:30 and we are staying at WL. Thanks for any help yu can supply.

Because you're in the Magic Kingdom area, there will be no MK CB bus. Instead... take the bus marked TRAN/TICKET CTR (Bus stop #1) to the TTC. From there, hop on board the Monorail.

The TTC bus starts up at 7:00am, and runs about every 10-12 minutes, give or take. It's a 3 minute ride to the TTC. From there, chances are you will have to take the Resort Monorail, which might take another 10 minutes.

For an 8:30ps, I'd recommend being out at the bus stop around 7:45. This will get you to the MK early, and with plenty of time to walk back to CRT.

I know Tyler is a big bus advocate, for good reason, but there is another, and IMHO more pleasant and just as quick, option for getting to an early CRT PS.

We love the boats, and also like the opportunity to walk thru/around other resorts. To get to early CRT ressies from the WL you can (and we have) take the small boat from the WL to the CR. Those boats start running at 7:45. From the docks at the CR you can walk through the CR and then take the sidewalk from the CR to the MK. The walk from the dock at the CR to the MK is not more than 15 minutes. You should have no problem making an 8:30 PS. Using this route we have made it to the MK by 8:15. This is a kind of fun way to get to the MK, and doesn't take any longer that the bus/monorail trip.

I've taken the route recommended by Chip 'n Dale Express. That's the route that was given to me by Guest Services at WL.

I've taken the route similar to DisneyKidds, but instead of walking from CR, we hopped on the monorail.

This thread helped me out a lot. I have CRT for 8:10 on a regular opening day and also leaving from WL. Thanks for the info.

We did the same thing once, but that was enough. Actually, when we stayed at the CR once we almost always walked to the MK as opposed to taking the monorail. I love the monorail and think it is a truely unique and magical form of Disney transportation. However, the monorail isn't as efficient as one might think. There have been times that it has taken us a half hour to get from the CR to the MK via the monorail. Even without waiting for a train or any traffic clearance issues, it is still quicker to walk to the MK from the CR.
