We can't decide on the best time to use our character breakfast option although we have decided on Breakfastosauras at AK. Can anyone tell me the earliest and latest times for breakfast at this venue and does anyone have views on the pros and cons of early or late. Also can you confirm that early PS reservation is not just advisable but imperative. We travel 1st July and I swear that DW and I are more excited than the kids.

All opinions and suggestions welcome

Hi BongoBetty :) (love your username :) !)

The Breakfastosaurus first sitting is at 8.10am and the last, this has been changed recently, is 10.00am (used to be 10.45am then 10.30am).

I wouldn't say it is imperative to eat at the earliest sitting - we choose times that suit us. Even with the latest sitting you will find characters present and sometimes with the numbers thinning out, you can get more attention from them!!

I swear that DW and I are more excited than the kids

........... yep, you are amongst like-minded folk here :teeth: !!

Hi Bongo Betty

You'll be there same time as us!!!
We have the 8.10 reservation for July 8th for Breakfastosaurus which as WDWFan Uk said is the earliest, and hopefully we'll finish eating just before the park opens and give us a head start on the crowds!!! One of the good things about the earliest seating I think is that you won't need to wait for a vacant table because there won't be anyone in before you....!

Thanks Shirley and Cath for your advice. It seems we need to get our skates on to get our reservations. Thanks again.

on our last visit to WDW we went to Breakfastsaurus & loved it .

Our eldest DS avoided the characters but loved the buffet breakfast & the fact that he could visit as many times as he liked.

We had lots of interaction from the CM I can recommend the server Robyn (female) she was great fun & even raised a laugh from eldest DS.

Mines a vote for a late PS we got to animal Kingdom early & managed lots of rides before breakfast, including 2 rides on safari.
It also meant that once in the breakfast the kids weren't in a rush to finish & go on their first rides.

Eating breakfast late meant we didn't have to stop for lunch.

This time we've booked our breakfast at the Floridian Hotel & have gone for the earlier time of 9. We shall then go into Magic Kingdom - I think.
