character breakfast tickets

We are trying to plan a somewhat last minute trip to WDW and had no idea that you had to buy tickets for character breakfasts so far in advance!! Is there any other way to get Cinderella' Royal Table tickets this late? Has anyone had luck with getting tickets because of cancellations? Do any hotels offer them? Looking for suggestions....thanks.

There really are not any "tickets" for a character meal but rather you just make a PS, much like a reservation. All the character meals can be booked up to 90 days out. With the exception of Cinderella's breakfast, there is no cost involved in making a PS. There is a deposit for that one. I am sure that you can get into some character meal at this point though perhaps not Cindy's. There is a character dinner at the GF that has the princess including Cindy, and a character breakfast at Epcot that has the princess, but not Cindy. I would do a search on the CM's and call ASAP for the one that sounds the best to you. Going this time of year, you might even get a walk up by showing up just as the resturant opens. Try not to stress and it will work out.

keep trying on that one, people do cancel when their plans change. I called to make a PS for breakfast with Pooh for our trip over the holidays and somehow the cm ended up pulling up CRT by mistake and was shocked to see a table available for Christmas week. It was about 2 weeks before the PS date too. She told me she had it available if I wanted it but since I was travelling with DH and my 2 sons, as my 3½ year old son put it "we don't need no stinkin' princesses."
