Character breakfast prices?

This seems crazy, but I'm having the worst time figuring out what the actual prices are for the Minnie and Friends breakfast at the Plaza Inn and the Chip 'n Dale critter breakfast at Storyteller's Cafe. I really don't want to spend all my cell phone minutes on hold to attempt to speak to someone at Disney dining.

Plaza inn: Adults: $32.00, Children (3-9) $18.00
Storytellers: Adults: $34.00,Children (3-9) $20.00

I see ticket prices linked through mousesavers for $38 adult/$22 child. Does that mean the regular prices are more than that? Does Disney have a price list or a menu that shows prices?

I guess I'm confused by the total lack of published information. Are you not supposed to know how much it is? Is it intended to be a surprise? Is the only way to know to wait on hold for a half hour for a cast member to look this up?

The pricing changes seasonally so the website is vague. It hasn't been all that long since I updated the wdwinfo page, but I'd be happy to check again tomorrow for you.

Thanks, Tom! I only assumed the wdwinfo page was outdated because the "discounted" character breakfast tickets I'd seen were higher than the prices you posted, which seemed unlikely. Just trying to figure out if it's a better deal to buy ahead or pay there.

I just called dining this morning and was told that the Minnie breakfast was $34 for adults and $19 for children 3-9. And, Ariel's character lunch was $42 for adult and $25 for child.
