Character breakfast/dinner/lunch at Akershus or Tusker House

We are approaching our 180days and are looking at booking Akershus Royal Banquet and Tusker House as our character dining ADRs.We would like one at breakfast and one at lunch/dinner.My question is which one would you recommend for Breakfast and which one for Lunch/Dinner based on experience.We are travelling with 4 semi-picky teenage girls,one of which is going through a vegetarian stage
