Character Breakfast - Beach Club

Has anyone been to the Character Breakfast at the Beach Club? My sister and family are in Orlando at the same time as us in September and they've all got a 'free' character breakfast as part of their 10 day ticket. As my wife and I are staying at the Beach Club Villas, I thought that we could all go for the breakfast at Cape May Cafe. It looks good on paper and we've been to the clam bake there which was superb, but I wondered whether anyone has been to the breakfast?

Also, does anyone know whether you can buy phone cards in the UK that can be used in the USA?

We have never been to Cape May Cafe, but Sam certainly has (many, many times!)

It's really good - we love it. The food is so fresh, Chip n Dale are great fun as is Goofy. I love the atmosphere. I don't think you can go wrong. Don't forget to visit the kiddie station/counter they have great stuff on there. Also so many different types of cakes and donuts and for those healthy people lots of fresh fruit.

We did it on Friday just gone and can thoroughly recommend it. The food was great and loads of choice, service excellent, and DD & DS (who's only 5 months old) both got loads of interactions from Chip 'n' Dale and Goofy, Minnie Mouse also made a guest appearance but didn't come orund the tables, we had to go to the front to see her, she came out for 30 mins of each hour.

IMHO this is one of the best character breakfasts for food. The characters are pretty good as well with Chip and Dale leaping about. It's also a nice opportunity to check out the Y+B club hotels and if you're visiting Epcot it's loverly to walk in through the International gateway entrance. It's always very quiet and if you're going in before the world showcase opens up it's a surreal experience to walk through the World Showcase with NO ONE about (you have to walk directly to the area of the park that is open, but no one makes sure you do so "at full steam ahead pace" .
