character breakfast at cape may

We are going to a character breakfast at Cape May in November. I would like to know what you guys think of the breakfast. Is the food good. How long does the character stay at your table. We are celebrating dd 14th b-day there. I did order a cake to be brought out for her b-day.

We did Cape May a few weeks ago. Imo, you would have to be going for the characters only, lol, as the food was mediocre at best. I was warned before going to this breakfast not to go for the food and they were right.

Character interaction was good. Their stay at your table seemed to depend on how many people are in your party, in our experience. Bummer that they eliminated Chip and Dale, though.

Waitress was very sweet, though it did take a while to get the check and refills on drinks.

The price was not too bad. If we did it again, it would be for tradition sake and only if staying in one of the Epcot resorts (we were at Beach Club and the restaurant was probably a 60 second walk from our room ).

Honestly, for a buffet, I thought the food was very good. We were at one of the last seatings, but you couldn't tell from the food. It's a buffet, so it's not as good as another restaurant where they prepare it for you when you order, but that is the sacrifice you make when going to a buffet. My DBF is very picky and hates buffets, but he was able to find plenty and went back for seconds.

As for character interaction, I wouldn't recommend the last seating, if it's important to you.

I would definitely go again.

We have breakfast there every summer. I have a DD14 & she really enjoys it!

We love this breakfast!! DD17 has to eat here every trip and she loves breakfast!!! She loves the omelets!!! The food is great, the service is great, and the characters have time to spend with you. Even with stuffy teens, this is a hit. DS18 had a blast cutting up with Goofy!!! He loves the yogurt bar
