Do teenagers go to the character breakfast?

If they don't, do parents go alone?

TIA:earsgirl:

Everyone can go.
It is your particular seating.
We enjoyed it. I've read where some felt rushed but our kids loved it. There were lots of teens at ours.
If you'd rather not, or your teens don't want to bother you're not obligated.

Cheers,
Grumbo

Oops, I think I phrased that question wrong.

I mean to ask if teenagers do go, or do they usually skip it? Do you see adults without kids there?

You know how teenagers get embarassed easily. I just want them to have a great time and no bad memories.

Thanks Grumbo for letting me know.

Oh my gosh. My brain is fried.

I did ask it right, I think.

Imaditz

Uh now I'm confused....
I think I said there were lots of teens there

Oh well sure someone else will give you the right answer :)

Cheers,
Grumbo

Teens can go and we saw lots there. I was there so I do not know if there were any who did not go. It is cute and you can watch the younger kids. They just come to your table and take their picture with you. As for adults no kids, there were many on the ship so it is hard to tell if their children were not with them, but they were there in the dining room having a good time.

You don't have to do anything silly with the characters, you can also say no thanks to the pictures if you like. We enjoyed but our DS6 was the perfect age for it.

My DD who was 15 loved it. My two DS's who were 13 went to please me but weren't keen on the photos. They enjoyed the food though.

Grumbo, you did, I'm sorry. I was up all night with two sick teenagers with the stomach virus. One of whom could not find the toilet or bucket to save his life  I'm bleary eyed and not paying attention.

I kept rephrasing my question, hitting submit and then edit and then just gave up.

Sorry :(

Thanks to all of you for your answers.

Its OK I thought you were asking if I have ever had a teenage character over for breakfast. They're tasty but need to be seared to really savour the flavour :)

KIDDING!!! :)

Cheers,
Grumbo

My teens always went to the character breakfast......and when we sailed this past feb without them...we went to the character breakfast anyway!!!

Seared teenagers!!! :rotfl:

After last nigh.....hmmmm... :teeth:

Hey, go to the character breakfast w/out your teenagers. At Cape May, (even though this wasn't on the cruise) at WDW, DH and DD had stepped away and I was sitting alone. Chip sneaked up behind me and gave me a big hug! Disney characters still will appreciate your presence!:D

I go to at least one character breakfast every time I go to WDW. I go solo most times. It is such fun. I think it's great that they added this to the Magic. Kids of all ages should be able to see thier favorite "guys" and have a great meal

I think the DCL will never be the same after the last 14 night cruise. We are gonna rock the boat, for sure!

Are there character breakfasts on the 3 night cruise?

Bobbi:D

Nope, no character beakfast on the 3-night.
Hubby and I don't have children, but when we sail on the Magic, we always make it a point to go. We love to see the characters! :teeth:
