Character Autographs and the Ubiquitous "Fat Pen"

Everybody keeps talking about taking a "fat pen" for characters to use when they autograph books. We're just wondering how fat is fat enough?

We used the "fat Pen" with the different color inks. I bought them at Target. It had red, blue, green, and black ink. The characters thought it was very cool. They changed the ink colors often.

I would say it is 2 to 3 x's as thick as a standard Bic stic pen.

It's made by BIC, it's about $2 and it's fat enough for the characters to grab on and has a nice soft grip. I got mine at Walmart but I've seen them in Target, OfficeDepot, and Staples.
