Hello, I am Disney vet but this will be my first time chaperoning a trip. I am a high school teacher in Milwaukee and my asst. principal and I are taking a group of 10 pretty good students.
I am a little nervous about chaperoning but I get to go for free!!!!
We are going May 4-7 and staying at one of the value resorts. I don't know which one yet but I stayed at the Pop Century last year with my wife and two little girls. So....I know what to expect from the values.
I don't have too many worries about the kids but I know I'll obviously have some heavy expectations and obligations on me. But, hey, did I mention that I get to go for free!!!!
I'll have lots of free time during the day as the kids will be turned loose in the parks with designated meeting times. I'll still get to roam about freely but I do have one regret. I won't be able to eat dinner at Boma. I love Boma!!!!
Hopefully some of you will be interested and as I find out more info I will post more. I will also give a short bio of my students so you can "meet" them.
Now, for a technical question. Since I am very inexperienced on these boards, how do I add a countdown and signature? Does the html appear at the end of my post for all of you or only when I preview my post? If it is there, how do I get rid of it?
