chanteloup en brie -can you help?

I have done some research and managed to get a good price for the Chanteloup hotel.Price for two adults and two children aged fifteen- Four nights in August-and breakfast £236.
Has any one stayed here, any opinions or advice ?
First trip to Dis in Paris.
