Changing your role?

Is it possible to change your role? I am not currently happy with my role in merchandise and would really like to switch to attractions or something like that. I know you can get 4 points for poor performance/judgment and be reassigned, but I'd rather not go that route.

Generally, unless one is physically incapable of performing the tasks associated with one's role, or otherwise is deemed unqualified to do so, it is not possible for Disney College Program Participants to change roles during the regular course of their programme.

I'm pretty sure that if you got 4 judgement/performance points you would be termed. They aren't like attendence points, each counts as it's own reprimand.
