changing vacation dates!!

UGH! we have to change our vacation from 1st week in December to 1st week in Jan..Only a couple more weeks to wait but it just stinks!! ..Mostly has to do with hubbys job..but also with our flight...The airlines have totally changed our times.(leaving almost 2 hours earlier in the am, added a stop and 4 hour layover.) we are now gonna drive down...can't believe that it really doesn't bother me . I guess the way to look at it is we are still going... ..And the hubby is happier we are driving than flying (lets just say he hates flying) so he is even more excited about going. guess its all gonna work out in the end! thanks for letting me vent!!

We, too have just rescheduled our vacation. We would be at Disney August 3-9 but due to an unexpected move we pushed our trip out to October. The plus side to this is that we are still going, ALL of my ADR's were rescheduled to exact times or better, we will be going with some extended family, AND the week we are going is the original dates that we looked at booking when we first decided to go but ended up with an August date because of my youngests 2nd birthday.

I am starting to think we may have to reschedule. Business is really picking up for DH at work, he was actually suposed to be off today but just had to go in to work. I am not sure what he would do if something came up at work and he felt like his staff couldn't handle it and he was 600 miles away. I just told him that he needs to reschedule, he needs to let me know at LEAST two weeks before we go so I can get most of my money back. It's all paid for, so I would be so upset (kids, too!) if we had to reschedule.

We had to reschedule an Oct trip for mid- Jan. Dh's boss found out she has breast cancer! I know- horrible and he is her #2 ,so no vaca till she is returning. So, we're going Jan. 9th. The crowds are better- really! And you just make more use of the Hotub!
