Changing UT tickets to RFID before Akershus

Will I be able to change out my paper tickets from UT at the EPCOT gates prior to our 8:05 Akershus reservation? If so, how much time should I allow? Or is it best to do it the night before at DTD? Thanks.

Also, can I use some super old never expire tickets for a day at the water park? Or do I have to add the water fun package?

1- Yes.
2- 15 minutes, give or take.
3- If you are already going to DTD, that'll be fine.
4- ONLY if those old tickets have Water Park options on them.
5- If they are tickets bought prior to "Magic Your Way" tickets, you can't add anything to them.
If they ARE old (but have never been used at all) MYW tickets, you can upgrade them.
