Changing tickets

My daughter and I are going to WDW in November. Currently have 5 day park hoppers.
Can I/should I call now and get them changed to APs, or do I just wait until we're down there and go to guest relations?

Unless they are part of a WDW Resort Package, you can't change/upgrade them until you get to WDW.

When and from whom did you buy your current tickets.

You must wait until after you have used the original tickets at least one time while at WDW.

AND, be sure to do the upgrade NO LATER THAN close-of-business on the same day that you use your original tickets' last "day."

NO! Unless I'm misunderstanding "before we leave." Before you leave to go to Disney World, or before you leave Disney World to come home?

First of all, you probably can't upgrade in advance. You can only upgrade tickets purchased as part of a Disney World package in advance. And second, you'll only receive credit for the price the reseller paid for them unless you use the tickets first. So, you're stuck with those tickets until you get to Disney World.

I meant before we leave to come home from our trip. I'll go to guest relations during the trip.
