changing the size of pics

is there a way to change the size of your pics ? when i try to upload all my shots the web page (comunity photos) says it exceeds the limit.

Yup, a good program like IrfanView will allow you to do batch resizing and recompressing of your shots.

The output quality is exellent and best of all, it's free!

PIXresizer is another really handy little freeware program, ideal for quick jobs. I can't post the link yet, but Google "pixresizer" and you'll find it easily.
