I tried searching the SW thread, but I couldn't find an answer.
I made ressies using points on SW last weekend and I just noticed that the points for our return flight have dropped. I went on to the site to change the reservation and it is charging the 9/11 security fee ($2.50/take-off) on the flights again. We have a layover on the way down and non-stop on the way back, so it's charging me $7.50 per ticket again. I'm not changing the flights just a change in "price/points". Is this standard? I have 4 tickets so $30, but I really don't want to be charged this fee everytime I notice a change. I'm thinking about giving customer service a call.
