Changing Room Ressie

I have a resorvation rom Dec. 3 - Dec. 11 @ PC for the Pop Warner Week. There is a chance that I may not be going, but my Sis-in-Law may need a room to see my Neice's team. Can I add her to my ressie and then I remove myslef and then she can keep the room and the rate i was quoted by in Oct. of $77.00.
