If we stay at another disney resort like PO, ASM or even the Swan/D and then move to BWV will bell services take care of everything?

I know that they'll help you move your stuff when switching from one Disney Resort to another, but I'm not 100% sure if the S/D has this service since it's not Disney owned.

You can get your luggage tranferred very easily from any Disney resort to another Disney resort. It is simple and very easy. S/D are not Disney resorts so this does not apply to S/D. If you are moving to or from S/D to a Disney resort you are responsible for getting your luggage there yourself. If you do not have a car you can always get a cab.
