changing resorts at 7 months

I have a question. I just booked a trip from September 27- October 2nd at my home resort. I would like to switch at the 7 month mark to another hotel. when can I call? on September 27th or do I have to wait until October 2nd? Thanks for your help.

Call Feb 27. That's seven months out from your date of arrival.
