I understand that I cannot change a reservation online, but I can cancel and re-book. We are currently staying 7 nights at one location, but when our 7 month window opens, we are going to change and split our trip into 2 segments.
If I go online at 8:00 and cancel the first reservation and re-book, do I have to re-enter all of the personal information?
We have a total of 8 guests, so I am really just wondering if it is that much easier to call at 9:00 instead?
