Changing reservations... how many times before...

they start thinking "oh no not again!" when you call?

We've already changed our September reservation twice (at least) - need to call again... they won't remember me will they???

I'm working on the premise that they must receive thousands of calls a day ... they won't know i've done this before and before and ...well, it's important to be 100% happy ... don't you agree??

You're right, there are lots of CM's that take your call. They won't remember you, but your reservation record will show all the changes you've made.

If you're having difficulty making up your mind about something you'll find lots of good suggestions here at the DIS.

At the end of last year, I was waiting for the 2008 point charts for the Grand Wailea & for a while, I was calling every day! Never any problems with the CMs, although I wondered if they were getting to know me!

Just pay close attention to your points when changing reservations. I almost lost a point last year because they said I downsized within 30 days and was paying a penalty when I really upgraded from a 1 to 2 bedroom. It was cleared up quickly.

I know it was only one point but it was my point.
