Changing Reservation?

Hi all

Wondered if anyone could give me some advise?

Basically just looked at previous post re: Promotional Code, and coded up our hol
We are currently booked into the POFQ for £1757, however with this code we could book OKW for £1657

What would be the charges, and what would you do?

I think you really need to ring and ask. I think it will depend if the current code is valid for phone reservations or online only, if its online only you might have to cancel current booking and lose deposit then rebook online. If the new code is valid for phone bookings they might just change over for a £50 fee.
I added an extra night this week at OKW, just charged me £100 for the extra night no amendment fee but as you want to reduce price they will probably charge the £50.

We had to change our dates and when we spoke to disney apparently the policy is if the cost is staying the same or increasing then there is no charge, if the new amendment makes the booking less then as Wayne said they charge £50

If you booked with Disney UK it's possible you might get charged £50pp if it is necessary to cancel the original booking instead of change it. The T&Cs HERE
state you can't make a change to a special offer price

The following terms and exceptions apply:

(i) No changes are allowed from a full price Booking to a special offer.

So if the OKW deal is deemed a special offer, then you might have to cancel the original booking (which costs £50pp) and re-book the new one.

We have always liked the look of POFQ, i just can't resist a bargain (am from yorkshire!!!)

Hi Ali,

Just want to give you some support on your decision. I had a similar dilemma last year. Could have saved quite a bit more than £100, even after paying the cancellation fee of £270 which we would have been charged. I ended up leaving it because it just seemd like a whole lot of unnecessary stress to rebook what I had already done from scratch. I too LOVE a bargain, but it sometimes isn't just the money. You know what you have as it is. Now go on and enjoy planning your great trip.
