Changing reservation and FastPasses

i have two studios for the first week of April and am now thinking of buying a few points so I can upgrade to a 2 bedroom. If I make that change, will I lose all of our FastPass reservations? We are 40 days away and I don't want to lose all of the great times we got...

No. The reservations are a requirement to be able to make the FP's at 60 days out but they are not tied to the reservation itself. At this point they are just tied to you.
