Changing qs credits to snacks

As an FYI, we tried to do the quick service into three snacks change at the UK tea shop to buy candy bars. They said they were not able to do that there. We were able to use regular snack credits for candy bars. In Germany, caramel kluche had no problem letting us do the swap.

It's definitely a hit or miss in the parks. Thanks for the heads up.
