Changing plans...

Ugh, we have changed our travel dates and now I am not sure the best way to go about things...(and by changing dates we are now a smaller group and changing packages)

Should I just call and have dates changed, number of people changed, and type of package changed? If I do this, will they just transfer my $200 deposit from one package to the other?

Or..

Should I just make new reservations online, pay another deposit, and call & cancel the other & get a refund? On the old WDW website you could not view reservations made via phone. Does anyone now if this is still the case? I'm weird about wanting to view my info whenever I get the urge!

I made our ressies by phone and can NOT view them online. I'm with you, I would love to be able to "call them up" anytime I wanted. It would also be great if we could access our PS's and such.

Last year I purchased a package online then changed my mind, called CRO and changed dates and canceled the package and made room reesies. I had no problems. It took her a couple of minutes to figure it out but she just moved some things around.
This year I purchased a package online but decided to keep it and add some things on and change our view by phone and I did not have a problem with that either.
Hopefully you will get a good CM. I think thats the key. Ive only ever had one bad CM and that was quite a while ago. Good Luck!
