Hi everyone! I've got a bit of a problem and was wondering if anybody could shed a little light...here goes :cheer2:

I booked a DLRP package (2 adults, 1 child) through Rafferty travel Ltd (flyingvisits.ie). This included flights, airport transfers, accommodation & Park passes for the duration of our stay.

I am now required to change the name of one of the other adult passenger. I asked Rafferty how much this would cost...wait for it... €200!
They expained that €70 is for changing the name on the flight (understandable) and the other €130 was abbey travel's charge (they obviously book their packages through them). When I asked why abbey travel were charging me she mentioned something about having to make a completely new booking with the new name etc...

I'm so confused!! I e-mailed abbey travel directly asking them to clarify the reasons for this extra charge, have yet to hear back.

Has anyone had any experience of this before??

Sorry for the long post

can't help directly but I'd ask to see your travel agents T&C to see if their costs for changing names is made clear.
Can't say I understand why another travel agents fees are relevant.
Good luck :goodvibes

i thought the standard prices was like £20 to change a passengers name.

So did I! I thought I only had to change the passengers name on the flight tickets but these guys are telling me that if I'm changing the name they have to create a whole new booking regarding passes or something, i really don't understand it at all!:sad2:
