Changing Images in Signature

I have seen several great signatures where the pictures change between several images in the same spot. In my signature, for example, could I have both of the tickers in the same place, but have the images alternate? Or perhaps have different images of BLT in the same place? I am quite technically challenged, but I was hoping that someone might be able to help me figure out how to do this. I would greatly appreciate it!

For trip tickers, I used: www.************** - they have the rotating ticker thing.
