Changing hotel dates or hotel after making ADRS

Does anyone have experience with changing the dates or your hotel or changing hotel after making ADRs? I have two hotels booked and still cannot decide which to keep based on unknowns with construction at Grand Floridian. I currently have an extra day tacked on the front and end of my hotel stay as a nail down the exact days. Will my ADRs get deleted if I take the first day off my stay and keep the last? Or because I have two hotels and cancel one? Thanks!

It's a separate system, unless they've changed things.

No problem. Your resort stay opens up the 60+10 booking window,but after that they’re not connected.

Although I don't have personal experience doing it, I asked a CM about it once and she told me that hotel reservations have no effect on ADRs. The way she put it, "Maybe someone will get lucky and their friend in Orlando will offer at the last minute to let them stay with them for free!" So cancellations or changes make no difference.
