Changing DVC reservation

Hi guys, quick question. If I book a vacation with DVC points and end up having to move our arrival date to a day later, will I have to cancel and re-do my reservation, or will I be able to keep my reservation and just change the arrival date?

This would be for a stay at the Grand Californian, so I'm concerned about losing our reservation if we had to change it by a day.

You will be able to remove a day at either end of the reservation without problem.

I've done this many times. MS needs to do it for you but you can trim a day or more on either end without having to cancel and rebook.

Just to follow up, I booked it for us! I can't believe I was able to get our reservation without a Studio being completely booked during one of the days. I'd kept looking at the 7 month mark and every time the resort was totally booked, so I fully expected we'd have to waitlist.

We will probably have to shave off the first day of our trip (November 12th), but I'm just in shock that we're going to be staying here!
