Changing dates?

I am getting ready to book CSR for our February trip (no points left) but I am not sure if we will be coming home on the 21st or 22nd. If I book until the 22nd would it be a problem to call and take the last day off or will I have to cancel and rebook the whole trip? I don't want to take a chance I can't get what I want as it is President's Week and I think the end of the trip runs into the marathon.

It's much easier to take a day off of a reservation than it is to add a day on. I recently had to drop 2 days off the beginning of our next trip (I was being hopeful when I originally booked) and there was nothing to it.

That's the best way to do it. As the pp said, it's much easier to take any nights off that you don't need than to try and add them on later .
