Changing Auto Payment Method

Does anyone know how to change your monthly payment method. We changed banks and need to hook our new account to it. Can it be done online?

pretty sure you need to call MS and talk to accounting.

from what I remember you have to send a voided check to accounting with your information.

You can also fax it to them.

I recently did this I believe instructions are on the member site. I faxed a copy of the new check with member # and contract # etc and it was effective for the next debit cycle.
