Changing and needing 2 points

I think I may try to change a reservation for September, and what I want will need 2 more points than the current reservation which was booked with AKV points. I will change at 7 months out, and I just have 2 VWL points left in '08. Can I use these 2 points, to combine with the other points to make the new reservation, or will I have to use 2 AKV points to complete the new reservation? Everything is one contract, we have 12 add ons!

If your contracts are both under the same Member ID Number then you can combine them any way you like at the 7-month window. If they are split between Member ID Numbers you can only book in whole days from each.

That's true. Transferring was never on my radar as I had to save it so my friends could transfer into my account for shared accommodations.

If you are booking at the 11 month window (or 10, 9, 8 months) you will need points from the resort you are booking at. Even if they are all under the same membership.

Transfering in this case does you no good since they will retain their home resort (and use year).

I have 4 home resorts under two memberships and my DH has one resort with one membership. We are always juggling too lol. Once you hit the 7 month window then they can all be used for the same ressie
