Changing a Guest for Vacation Package

Hi all. Quick question that I just can't seem to find an answer to...

Can you change one of the guests on an already booked vacation/room package? And how long do you have to do this?

My mom, dad, brother, and I are booked for AKL in December. However, if my mom gets the job she wants, she may not be able to ask off and go. Thus, we'd try and convince (for the billionth time) my grandma to go. Would we be able to make the switch?

If Mom is the lead name on the reservation, you will not be able to remove her from the reservation. All other names can be changed but the lead name. You can make changes without charge up to (but not including) 30 days prior to arrival. After that, you will pay a fee to change any names.

The only possible wrinkle that I foresee would be with FP+ after 60 days prior. Would any FP+ booked for Mom be able to be switched to grandma?

You can "change party" to move a FP+ reservation that you have to another member of your friends and family. Once "Mom" no longer had tickets associated with her MDE profile, there would be one day delay in canceling her FP+s. The OP would only need to "change party" from Mom to Grandmom to keep the slots.
