Changing a booking

Hey all
We are booking a trip for May next year for 5 Days 4 Nights at DLH and are very happy with the prices out right now buuuut we won't know dates until October or November and face missing out on the current offer. It depends what date DD makes her communion.

All possible stays will be Monday - Friday.

Is it possible to book and then change the date to either a week or two further along when we have concrete dates?
Would we be better to ring and pay a deposit or pay in full?

Uggggh dilemma!

Also meant to ask if its much hassle to change a booking and if theres a charge?

All three possible weeks were the exact same price.

yes you can change your booking later - but if you won't know until October or November if you need to change the dates, I'd imagine it will be the offer thats available at that time you'd change to (because the current offer will have changed by then).

Just found this little inclusion in the Ts and Cs

II.1.4.2 The following provisions apply for all booking alterations, it being specified that Arrival
Dates, or Departure Dates and/or return dates if transport* is included, may only be altered three
times:
- Subject to availability, bookings of Holiday Package without transport may be altered at no charge
when the alteration is made more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date.

I take that to mean they won't charge a fee to change the dates but they could charge the difference if the holiday has gone up and there is no offers

This is true, when I've tried to do the same in the past there has been no charge for actually making the change, but you will have to pay whatever price the dates you are changing to are coming up with at that time.

So, if you were to book now on a 2 night free deal, you'd need to make sure the same offer is on when you change your date or you could end up paying a lot more.
