Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear!!! I have just got an email from my university saying I have to be in university when I have have booked my holiday!! :( This is outrageous, I can't believe it, but can anyone help?

On the Disney website I can't find anything about changing the holiday dates does anyone know how this works? I will be needing to change by 1 week only and I have only just booked, so I will be giving plenty of notice!!! :)

Please help!!!!

Andy

I think you have to make any changes by sending a fax, I can't fnd the fax number but i think the number to call is 08702 42 60 83.

you might be charged a amall admin fee.

AFAIK it needs to be confirmed in writing. Phone the UK booking line and talk through the changes with the CM, who will confirm any change to your package and fees :)

Thanks for your help!! Oh the stress! Don't you just hate it when spanners mix with work?!?!?

I'm not sure you will even have to pay any alteration fee - though don't quote me on that!! Hope it all works out. :)

hi
Im not to sure either but i think they may charge you a 10% cancellation fee, then just rebook it but dont quote me on that.

Thanks for the advice and help everyone! :) I'm going into uni tomorrow to discuss whether I really have to be in Uni when they say, I e-mailled my tutor who says not to worry, so its looking quite good at the moment, but I'll let you all know how it works out! :)

Good luck I hope it all works out well for you.
In April of 2003 we had to cancel our Disneyland holiday for the May because my Dad died suddenly and we all felt it was too soon to leave Mum on her own. We told the travel agents (Lunn Poly I think) that we wanted to go later. They were very good and didn't charge us for the cancellation, they explained that it had been waived due to us adding extra bits on and so making the holiday abit more expensive than the original.
