We have a Dec trip booked with the 40% off promo that expired March. Is it possible to change the dates of the trip ans still get the 40% off???

I just called to remove 1 person and add 2 to my 40% off reservation. The change was made with no issues. It resulted in 3 adults in our room as opposed to two and changed the reservation total to $1811 from $1670 (extra adult fee).

I think it depends on what kind of change you are trying to make. In the past I have been able to do the following modifications to discounted reservations after the expiration date:
- Change Party Size
- Change Room Category
- Change Dates

However, I don't know if you can Change Resorts and my understanding is that changes to Room Category and Dates are subject to availability.

Thank you. We want to keep the same resort but need to adjust the dates. The new dates are still in the select dates for the 40% off promo.

I just changed my ressie this morning that I had booked with that same 40% off code. I added a night at the beginning of our stay. I was booked in a preferred room at CBR but they did not have that available so I had to switch to a water view room which was the same cost and I requested the preferred building. As long as they have rooms available, you can do it with no problems.

I have been able to do with..we had the 40% off code last year and this year and I cannot tell you how many times we have changed resorts or room types

What if you have to change dates and it doesn't fall within the code dates? Do you lose the discount in that case?

Ummm that's interesting. I tried for almost a week to move my expired promo vacation up just one day. I found really great airfare for a Friday-to-Friday stay instead of the Saturday-to-Saturday trip I had planned. Nothing was available except rack room rate. I tried every trick in the book. I tried to add a day at the beginning (no rooms available), I tried to shift the entire vacation (no rooms available). I hung up and tried to get a more "cooperative" CM, and to no avail - (no rooms available). I called so many times over a course of a week; one of the CM asked me if I just called. It was crazy, but it worked itself out. I waited it out and found an affordable rate.
